Position Title: Marketing Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai based Trading company, highly trusted in the industry for Air-Condition, Refrigeration & Spare Parts trading.

Job Description:
• Lead the development of short and long-term marketing strategies to achieve commercial annual plan.
• Create and execute promotional plans, policies, and procedures.
• Evaluate on a regular basis the effectiveness and the efficiency of sales and marketing strategy in
• responding to market variables and customer needs.
• Manage branding and prepare a plan for promoting company through available means e.g., advertisement, social media, participate in exhibitions, etc.
• Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 45 y/o years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Refrigeration industry
