Quest Search & Selection have partnered with a leading luxury retailer in the Middle East, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business objectives
* Plan and oversee omnichannel marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
* Conduct market research and analyze data to identify market trends and customer needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and content
* Manage the company's brand image and develop marketing campaigns
* Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and activities
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed
* Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and partners
* Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation

Requirements

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
* 6+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Retail, Marketing Agency or FMCG/FMCD background
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Familiarity with offline & digital marketing tools and platforms
