Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to promote the company’s solar energy solutions, drive brand awareness, and support sales growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making to effectively position the company within the renewable energy market and attract key audiences across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and industry trends. Identify and target key market segments and drive initiatives that boost brand visibility and market share.
- Digital and Content Marketing: Oversee content creation for digital platforms, including the company website, social media channels, email campaigns, and online advertisements. Develop informative and engaging content that highlights the benefits of solar energy.
- Brand Positioning and Messaging: Define brand positioning and create consistent messaging across all channels. Ensure that marketing materials convey a compelling value proposition for the company’s solar solutions.
- Lead Generation and Sales Support: Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that support the sales pipeline, collaborating with the sales team to optimize lead conversion rates.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Leverage insights to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Event Planning and Networking: Plan and coordinate participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand exposure and connect with potential clients.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective initiatives that maximize return on investment.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Recommend adjustments based on data-driven insights to optimize results.
- Others: This role involves both internal and external marketing functions. Strong English language skills and a professional appearance are required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation tactics.
- Proficiency with marketing software (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, social media tools).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
