Job description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of marketing materials to ensure all communications reflect the brand’s values, identity, and messaging consistently.
• Campaign Leadership: Develop and lead marketing campaigns in collaboration with creative agencies, focusing on enhancing brand visibility and driving foot traffic to the malls.
• Marketing Communications: Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing collateral, including in-mall signage, posters, hoardings, and digital assets.
• Creative Agency Coordination: Work closely with external creative agencies to manage the development of marketing concepts, artwork, and campaign strategies that align with our brand vision.
• Budget Management: Support the marketing budget management process to ensure cost-effective implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and that they support business objectives.
Requirements:
• Retail Marketing Expertise: 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on retail marketing or working with retail clients in an agency setting.
• Brand Management: Proven ability to maintain brand integrity across all materials and campaigns.
• Campaign Leadership: Ability to lead creative campaigns in partnership with agencies.
• Collaborative: Strong team player able to work across departments and with external partners.
• Detail-Oriented: Focus on high-quality execution in both creative and operational aspects.
• Communication & Project Management: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Independent & Results-Driven: Capable of working independently and ensuring timely project completion.
