Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with a passion for tourism and a proven track record in the industry. The ideal candidate will lead our marketing efforts, design impactful campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and offline initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and tools that support revenue growth.
- Oversee content creation, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with the brand identity.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media outlets to maximize campaign impact.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Organize and promote events, trade shows, and other tourism-related activities to enhance brand presence.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve marketing objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Experience in content creation, storytelling, and brand development.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic is a plus) are highly desirable.
