Kinetic is working with a leading medical device company that is hiring a marketing manager to be based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Developing marketing strategies aligned to business objectives across different platforms.
• Preparing and creating engaging and informative content.
• Planning and executing well-performing campaigns, conferences, and workshops to grow brand awareness and generate leads.
• Analysing the performance of the marketing campaigns.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Managing a team of marketing professionals to drive the team to achieve and support overall marketing functions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Candidate must be willing to relocate as business requires.
• Minimum 5-10 years of marketing experience within the medical devices/pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Experience with marketing KPI management such as online marketing and SEO.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Creative thinker, with strong leadership and communication skills.
