Position Title: Marketing Manager

Salary: up to 35K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus transportation

About the Client:
A renowned fragrance brand specializing in high-quality premium perfumes with a strong presence in Saudi Arabia, Oman, and UAE.

Job Description:
• Responsible for overseeing and driving all marketing strategies, public relations, promotions, Advertising, Ecommerce & customer service initiatives across the group companies.
• Spearheading the launch of new products and overseeing event organization initiatives (Concept and creative for Product launch / campaign / Events will be approved by Brand team)
• Coordinate directly with production team and warehouse on logistics of marketing materials and shipments and checking on stocks and availability on any material and specifying quantities in coordination with sales department
• Use creatives and visuals provided by brand department to utilize it in different marketing channels & manage the development of company websites and manage SEO, PPC, and content enrichment strategies to optimize online presence and visibility

• Open to Asian nationals, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the fragrance or luxury goods industry in the UAE, with a strong understanding of the local target market
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, digital marketing, budget management, and ROI measurement
• Proven experience in marketing, public relations, or customer service specifically within the perfume industry

Salary:
AED 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
