Kinetic has partnered with a leading technology company who are hiring a Marketing Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies aligned to business objectives across different platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Plan and execute well-performing campaigns, conferences, and workshops to grow brand awareness and generate leads.
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Evaluate and report on marketing performance metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing within the ICT industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and digital marketing strategies.
• Proven track record in lead generation and campaign management.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Creative thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.
