Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic marketing manager to lead our marketing efforts in a hospital in Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with our corporate objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Bahrain market to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Oversee and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and public relations.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners to foster collaboration and promote the brand.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that marketing activities are cost-effective.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to guide marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing management in Bahrain, with a significant focus on the Bahrain market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Proficient in using marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to develop successful marketing strategies that lead to tangible business results.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within Bahrain and attend events as needed.
