Description

We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and resourceful marketing manager to take full ownership of Nafsi’s growth and brand. You’ll work directly with the C-suite to execute and scale Nafsi's marketing strategy across paid campaigns, organic channels, and storytelling that drives both conversions and trust.

You'll oversee a team of marketing specialists (SEO, Meta, content creation) and work closely with the business development and product team to execute the overall growth strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in startups, healthcare, or consumer apps.
• Proven track record managing paid campaigns (Meta + Google Ads).
• Strong grasp of content marketing, campaign planning, influencer collaborations, and social storytelling.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable with campaign metrics, tracking, and ROI optimization.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage remote collaborations.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Notion.
• Excellent communication (English & Arabic proficiency).

Nice to have

• Experience with SEO, written content planning, and PR coordination.
• Experience in agile startup teams or health-tech environments.
