Charterhouse is working with an iconic multinational house hold brand who is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to be based from their Dubai Regional Headquarters. This role will be responsible for building the local marketing strategy for its Middle East and African territories.

Our client is looking for a passionate 360 marketing professional with strong experience in category management, trade marketing and developing digital strategies for multinational FMCG or Consumer Goods brands.
This role will work closely with the Country Head, Global HQ and distributor network to collect and analyse market share data, competitor activity and consumer trends, to develop and implement successful marketing strategies which meet company objectives and deliver return on investment.
As Marketing Manager, you will build and allocate the marketing budget, presenting to stakeholders strategic marketing recommendations which aim to grow the brands presence and market share. In addition, you will play a fundamental role in new product development plans, taking in to consideration promotional activity, merchandising, training, marketing collateral and brand activation strategy.
To be considered for this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing or related field, with a minimum of 4 years commercial experience in an FMCG/Consumer goods environment in a brand management/marketing lead role.
