Marketing Manager - Swan
Swan is UAE's unique grocery shopping application that provides its users a platform to shop for groceries both online and offline connecting them with their favorite retailers. Swan gathers a passionate team of technology and business experts who envision to provide a hybrid grocery shopping experience powered by cutting edge technology, AI & ML algorithms. With Swan customers can view their nearby promotions, order online deliveries and can even visit the stores and experience a modern shopping through Swan's phygital (Scan, pay & go) feature. Ultimately, Swan aims to reshape the face of retail, by bringing together the benefits of e-commerce and traditional shopping under one omnichannel platform.
Swan is looking for‚ a looking for suitable candidate with hands on experience of driving marketing (digital and offline UA, CRM, brand promotion and customer outreach) at a B2C startup. Digital UA and CRM would be of major focus, however holistic experience and understanding of marketing is expected. Opportunity to join an early stage startup. Location - Dubai.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Acquire users through hyperlocal omnichannel marketing
- Manage the end to end funnel optimization from Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue & Advocacy
- Manage monthly planning of social media, digital creatives, offline collaterals & mass media initiatives
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Partner with product team to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics
- Relationship building with retail partners, media partners & other key players in the region to promote Swan organically
- Hands on experience of Digital/Online User Acquisition across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads etc.
- Experience of working with digital ad networks and bidding for slots
- Experience of using digital CRM tools such as Clevertap for customer engagement and retention
- Experience of leveraging attribution tools such as Adjust to understand and analyze user conversions
- B2C product marketing experience
- Proven experience driving both digital and offline marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
