Job description / Role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing global marketing strategies for company's clients.
This includes setting innovative online and offline marketing strategies, creating competitive client proposals, setting budgets, and analyzing campaign performance. The Marketing Manager must also have a strong understanding of consumer behavior in luxury and fashion, negotiate contracts with clients/partners, and ensure alignment with the standards.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop global marketing strategies for clients to enhance brand image on a global scale, and translate brand strategies into comprehensive creative briefs and content strategies.
- Execute strategies, oversee the team responsible for implementation, and outsource third parties when needed.
- Establish and track success criteria and metrics for all marketing programs and activities.
- Create strategic marketing plans for corporate clients in the Fashion, Luxury, and Lifestyle industry, ensuring high ROI.
- Define KPIs for marketing campaigns and measure progress against objectives.
- Analyze consumer behavior and provide data-driven solutions.
- Set internal strategies for the company and support internal branding efforts.
- Manage global content development for consistent messaging and priorities.
- Develop and execute global marketing plans to increase brand exposure and drive commercial success.
- Lead cross-functional digital marketing plans to raise brand awareness, acquire and retain customers, and drive sales.
- Implement CRM and client acquisition strategies based on customer needs and market trends.
- Create compelling proposals for clients based on thorough research and analysis.
- Establish budgets for client projects to ensure company profitability.
- Negotiate contracts with clients based on estimated budgets.
- Optimize marketing and pricing strategies, analyze market trends, and assess competitors to stay competitive.
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to management.
- Measure the performance of marketing plans and campaigns using effective tools.
- Launch global campaigns based on past performance insights.
- Develop innovative marketing solutions for clients to differentiate them in the market.
- Utilize digital innovation and technology in marketing campaigns.
- Implement creative advertising strategies for clients’ products and services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, particularly in global or regional brand marketing.
- Experience in lifestyle, fashion, and luxury sectors is preferred.
- Experience in 360 marketing, including digital marketing, PR, activations, retail, and partnerships.
- Global and client management experience is required, as well as knowledge of the MENA market.
- Must be up to date with the latest digital marketing tactics and customer acquisition strategies.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
