Charterhouse is working in exclusive partnership with an iconic multinational brand which is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to be based from their Dubai Regional Headquarters who will be responsible for building the local marketing strategy for its Middle East and Africa territories.

Our client is looking for a passionate 360 marketing professional with strong experience in category management, trade marketing and developing digital strategies for multinational FMCG or Consumer Goods brands.
This role will work closely with the Country Head, Global HQ and distributor network to collect and analyse market share data, competitor activity and consumer trends, to develop and implement successful marketing strategies which meet company objectives and deliver return on investment. As Marketing Manager you will build and allocate the marketing budget, presenting to stakeholders strategic marketing recommendations which aim to grow the brands presence and share within the market.
In addition you will play a fundamental role in new product development planning, taking in to consideration promotional activity, merchandising, training, supporting marketing collateral, and brand activation strategy.
To be considered for this role you must hold a bachelors or above in marketing or related field, with a minimum of 4 years commercial experience in an FMCG/Consumer goods environment in a Brand Manager/Marketing Manager role. This role will manage French speaking Africa markets in addition to the Middle East therefore it is essential that candidates are bilingual English/French due to the requirements of the role.
There will be a large amount of autonomy given therefore our client expects the successful candidate should be highly organized, proactive with a positive attitude and ability to effectively priority set and meet challenging deadline.
