Job description / Role
NTS Group have been exclusively instructed to work with a leading pharmaceutical company to recruit a Marketing Manager to be based in the HQ in Dubai, UAE.
Reporting into the Marketing Director, this role is responsible for:
• Supporting development and implementation of the marketing strategies in the local market, through sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborating with key partners to ensure implementation of marketing strategies.
• Managing and evaluating promotional programs and activities to achieve the targets.
• Coordinating new product launch activities.
• Performing budget tracking.
• Conducting routine field visit with the sales force to better understand local market drivers and dynamics.
• Managing, providing coaching to associates and creating development opportunities for them
• Participating actively future portfolio activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry required
• Min. 2 years experience in Marketing Manager role
• Strong analytics with excellent overall business acumen
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluency both in spoken and written English
