As a seasoned Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital channels. Your strategic input will be crucial for the firm's growth and success in a competitive industry.
Client Details
An International firm with a Middle East presence for more than 20 years is seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to shape and execute its marketing strategy. This role will involve a balanced focus on traditional marketing channels (60%) and digital marketing (40%), to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
Description
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives
* Set the strategy, manage the budget, and oversee execution of traditional marketing efforts including corporate events, PR, traditional media and partnerships
* Manage digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing
* Analyze and report on the ROI and impact of both traditional and digital marketing initiatives
* Develop a CRM strategy, conduct market research, and identify key customer segments
* Oversee the creation of engaging content such as blog posts, articles, and case studies to position the firm as a thought leader
* Manage and enhance the firm's social media presence
* Work closely with senior leadership on brand strategy, website content, and tone of voice
* Plan and execute marketing events such as industry conferences, webinars, and networking events

Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
* Proven track record in managing a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels in a B2B industry
* Strong ability to optimize ROI across various marketing initiatives
* Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
* Ability to multitask and manage marketing projects from conception to execution
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Experience in the professional services or hospitality industry is a strong advantage
