Job description / Role
Under the direction of the CEO, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the co-creation of the organization Plan and tactics focused on driving adoption and broadening access for the products across the Region by healthcare professionals. In addition, they will be responsible to support the development of the Centric Compounding and skin care marketing strategy.
The remit of the role and responsibilities will span across (but not be limited to) the development & creation / adaptation of:
• Professional Marketing (B2B & B2C) materials
- Sales Materials
- Leave pieces
- Campaign Plans
- Clinic materials
- Promotions
- Social media campaigns
- Website contents
• Driving marketing execution in country via the Product & Promotions team
• Product Training (internal)
• KOL / advocacy development
• Run standalone meetings including program agenda, event promotional materials, event invitations, speaker preparation, collect and review the slides
• Lead the conduction of market research to collect critical data that helps in formulating the right strategy
• Lead the evaluation of market share and drive overall forecast
• Review the bottom-up forecasting with the sales team to insure sanity of the numbers
The Marketing Manager will need to collaborate closely and effectively with other departments e.g. Sales, finance, supply and regulatory to ensure delivery of operational target.
Salary:
AED
15,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Key to this role will be ensuring the Product & Promotional Team & Heads of Sales are closely integrated and working together towards the goal of driving market growth and maintaining brand market leadership driven by product differentiation underpinned by scientific rationale and evidence.
