Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently seeking a young, enthusiastic, creative and independent Marketing Officer for our Buns n Cones food outlets in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The job holder will plan, execute and monitor the Buns & Cones marketing strategy which will directly result in higher revenues at the companies outlets. The job holder will ultimately be responsible for the overall success of the company’s advertising and promotional campaigns.

Principal Accountabilities include:

• Develop and create awareness of Buns & Cones brand as a fun place to eat delicious food and beverages in a casual atmosphere with emphasis on food freshness and excellent customer service
• Develop marketing and promotional strategies to get the word out about Buns & Cones and drive traffic to B&C outlets with emphasis on B&C’s young audience
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea creation to execution with emphasis on social media campaigns
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
• Establish, maintain, manage and optimize BnC digital and social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, google, etc.) with catchy and unique postings that attracts users.
• Optimize search engine contents, tags and hashtags.
• Respond to customer feedback obtained through various online platforms (Google, Zomato, Tripadvisor) with emphasis on driving the brand’s ranking among key competitors
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors including Zomato, Talabat, Carriage and Deliveroo
• Provide feedback to outlet managers / chefs on the service, menu and any other aspects of the outlets to improve quality of food and service
• Work with delivery platforms to optimize the delivery part of the business and expansion of the delivery zones as deemed efficient
• Regularly monitor company point of sales system to mine information for better tactical changes and modifications to the menu
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from social media postings to hard copy brochures / menus

Requirements

• Graduate with a degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing or a similar field from a accredited university.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing preferably with a food and beverage organization.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Preference with those with creative skills
• Excellent Communication skills
