Job description / Role

Project Management:

- Work in collaboration with the Marketing Manager to assist in the development of strategies, plans, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Ensure day-to-day delivery of marketing projects and campaigns for as instructed and driving initiatives and projects to support the corporate identity and targets. This includes preparations of written briefs, communication, media management, digital implementation, budgeting and other marketing requirements ensuring the desired outcome is achieved.
- Ensure compliance of all marketing activities within the guidelines of the NMDC brand and corporate strategy.
- Work in collaboration with the other NMDC business unit teams as required delivering specific projects that meet objectives.
- Accountability for accurate, on-time delivery of Communication Dept. communication and activation initiatives across the region.

Measurement, reporting, market intelligence, and planning:

- Support on-going regular reporting of marketing activities for NMDC including day-to-day work-in-progress, monitoring and measuring effectiveness.
- Support in providing market intelligence and recommendations to the business in terms of new markets, segments and products to drive incremental business. Input into the development of annual marketing and communication plans and on­going tactical marketing campaigns is critical.
- May perform administrative duties specific to the department such as conducting research on exhibition and conferences as per marketing plan.

- Prepare and set up all exhibition and conferences needs while being on the project budget
- Updates and maintains the NMDC server and marketing supplies

Adherence to marketing guidelines and budgets:

- Ensure compliance of all marketing activities of the department within the guidelines of the NMDC brand and corporate strategy and within set timelines and budgets as agreed and approved.
- Liaising with suppliers for all marketing collaterals
- Maintain Digital Marketing interface

Relationship Management:

- Support Marketing Manager in establishing, developing and managing relationships and communication channels with internal business departments, marketing, and communications unit, PR and media buying agencies.

Requirements

- Degree in B.Sc. in Marketing / Communication or equivalent professional qualification.
- Certification/Membership: in relevant field is an advantage.
- 1 to 3 years of marketing and brand management experience.
- Fluent Arabic and English, any other language is an asset.
- MS Office - (Word, Advance Excel, Power Point etc.).
- Accuracy & Self Reliant
- Flexibility: being longer period on duty & would do additional task as advised by LM.
- Strong Business affinity.

Function specific experience:
- Demonstrated ability in tactical and strategy marketing campaigns with commercial focus.
- Experience in successful project management of marketing campaigns that have delivered strong financial outcomes.
- Experience in digital marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated record of achievement in a trade marketing or B2B, B2C environment.

Technical & Professional Skills:
- Sound project management skills (must be capable of multi- tasking).
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proven documentation and presentation development skills .
- Effective interpersonal skills including a focus on team work, customer service and communication with internal and external stakeholders .
- Digital marketing skills.
- Strong organizational skills including reporting and the ability to priorities and organize workloads to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work within a team to effectively deliver organizational requirements and goals.
- Corporate identity and strategy background.
