Job description / Role
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Achieve sales growth and meet targets
- Create and maintain positive client relationships to build the business.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with fashion boutiques (online/store) inside and outside UAE
- Attend fashion shows, fashion related events and look for B2B and B2C business opportunities
- Provide sales report on a weekly basis to the company and analyze it to gain insights on sales pattern.
- Create an action plan to improve the sales results
- Identify and secure potential leads for collaboration by cold-calling, e-mailing or direct meeting
- Develop a marketing strategy with a focus on online traffic, sales and brand awareness
- Present attractive marketing opportunities to promote the brand, advertising campaign, PR campaign, market research and events & promotions
- Identify and collaborate with the right influencers in the industry
- Source and identify all ATL and BTL campaign opportunities
- Conduct competitor analysis, monitor the positioning of the company in the market, identify various steps to improve
Requirements
We are an online modest fashion brand, based in Dubai. We are looking for someone who can join us immediately and require the following skills:

- Experience in business development in the region, preferably with contacts in the women's fashion sector
- Good Presentation Skills
- Good in maintaining client relationships
- Meet sales goals, good at sales planning, cold calling, negotiating
- Knowledge of how online business works
- Independent, Team player
- UAE Drivers License required
