Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Reporting to: Managing Director and dotted line to the CEO
- Subordinates: Junior Sales & Marketing team
- Other interactions: Course Coordinator
- Number required: 2
- Duration: Full time permanent
- Desired start date: June - July
- Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday 9 - 6 or as required
- Travel requirements: Within the GCC
- Gross monthly base salary: Salary and package commensurate with experience
- Commission / Bonus: To be defined
- Other Benefits: Housing, travel, ticket allowances & medical
- Probation: 3 months

Objectives:

- To maximize sales and market share with extensive expertise in client needs analysis with a consultative approach to education and training courses sales
Main responsibilities:
- Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on product quality.
- Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
- Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
- Makes product appeal to the target market
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, bench-marking state of the art practices and participation in professional societies
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Applicable Degree
- Nature and length of previous experience: 3+ years
- Specialist knowledge: Previous sales experience, especially in the education markets will be considered a plus.
- Technology savvy, able to facilitate the transition from print to digital.
- Target market analysis
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: The ability to sell company products
- Energetic, enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious person with a history of back to back sales closings.
- Presentation, negotiation and prospecting skills. Capability to grow in a competitive and unique environment.
- Excellent communication in both Arabic and English
- Age Range: 21 + years
- Gender Preference: Male or female
- Language Fluency: Arabic and English
- Current Location: UAE
