Marketing & Social Media Manager

Job description / Role

Tycoons RE is looking for a well established Marketing and Social Media professional who will set, manage and monitor the marketing and social media strategy for the company to generate leads and create meaningful exposure.

So if you have knowledge in planning & executing digital marketing campaigns in the real estate sector, launch advertisement, create content and increase brand awareness.

Main Responsibilities:

- Recommended and implement the overall digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Develop the weekly, monthly social media and events calendar.
- Review traffic on company’s social media channels.
- Create and mange day-to-day online advertising.
- Manage Portals listings; coordinate with the property consultants and Sales Director to discuss lead generation opportunities.
- Generate leads through campaigns on the various media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ad words, etc.) with a strong focus on leads and sale conversions.
- Analyze competitors marketing and social media presence on a periodic basis.
- Managing the company’s website updates and provide content management support.
- Research and develop blogs for publications.
- Develop, design and release the monthly E-magazine to showcase available properties, new developments and market performance.
- Working closely with CEO & Director of Sales to provide strategic and operational support around campaign's, spend, ROIs, listings..etc.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working at a real estate brokerage firm managing social media and Marketing function.
- Excellent Knowledge in Dubai Real Estate Market.
- Strong command of English language
- Ability to generate ideas with minimum supervision.
- Ability to turn around marketing material / campaign's in a short period of time.
- Excellent knowledge in AI or other similar other tools.
- Based in UAE

COVID-19 considerations:

Wearing Masks at the office, with social distancing, and a PCR test every 1 month.
