Job description / Role
• With the Brand Manager, plan marketing activities for the year and quarter ahead and presented to Management for approval.
• Executes marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Support the retail marketing objectives through web development, advertising, promotions, direct mail, branding, customer relationship management, public relations, social media and e-marketing.
• Analyze and distribute information on markets, products and services, competition and customers for management use and business development.
• Deliver and maintain effective communication with Brand Managers, Retail Team, host brand & Mall Mgt.
• Support all managers with day to day marketing requirements.
• Assess, select and manage external agencies and suppliers for; print, design, public relations, direct mail, website and media buying and interactive marketing.
• Manage and develop the company websites and social media feeds.
• Ensure that marketing materials are prepared, reviewed and sent out in a timely manner.
• Carries out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
• Follow up the production of marketing materials including leaflets, posters and flyers, shopping bags, which may include writing and proofreading and liaising with designers and suppliers.
• Develops promotional opportunities and ideas from conception through to delivery.
• Supports the overall marketing objectives of company both externally and internally.
• Maintain yearly marketing calendar and deadlines for marketing campaigns.
• Communicate effectively and liaise between brands and suppliers for the delivery of marketing materials.
• Carry out a comprehensive Marketing Material Review within each account.
• Idea generation of new ways to present marketing material e.g. fabric and colour names.
• Create files and Maintain proper record of marketing campaigns, advertisements, correspondences, press releases, magazines, etc.
• General marketing administration and tasks as directed by the Brand Managers and Directors.
Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years experience in related fields.
• University degree.
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative, keen to bring new ideas
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Work independently while fostering a strong team atmosphere.
• Time management and organization skills
• Valid UAE Driving License
