Job description / Role
We seek a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives across digital and offline platforms. They will be responsible for driving the development of our eCommerce website, overseeing marketing campaigns, and optimizing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Development & Operations:
• Develop and enhance the website experience by driving product merchandising strategies, optimizing category navigation, bundling products, managing promotions, and curating user-generated content (UGC) and product reviews.
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of the website, leveraging data analytics to refine and improve the site’s performance.
Marketing Strategy Development:
• Create and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products across digital and offline channels, ensuring regional and local alignment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate the overarching marketing strategy into executable initiatives across multiple platforms.
Social Media & Brand Partnerships:
• Develop and manage organic social media strategies for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Establish and manage partnerships with influencers, collaborators, and brands to promote product launches and increase brand awareness.
Campaign Development:
• Design and execute multi-platform, large-scale marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the brand and its new product lines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create retail marketing strategies that are actionable and tailored to local markets.
Budget Management:
• Develop and manage budgets for marketing projects, ensuring all initiatives meet business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and report on-budget performance, providing recommendations for optimizing spend.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
• Conduct a thorough analysis of the competitive landscape and consumer trends, utilizing insights to inform marketing decisions.
• Stay current with industry trends and consumer behaviors to identify new opportunities for marketing growth.
Experiential Marketing & Brand Awareness:
• Lead experiential marketing initiatives for product/category launches, focusing on creating memorable brand experiences.
• Develop localized strategies to support retail teams and build awareness within specific markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute collaborative marketing efforts that drive business growth.
• Support partnerships and collaborations that align with brand objectives and increase reach.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in eCommerce, retail, or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
• Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering ROI-driven results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Familiarity with social media management tools
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and experiential campaign management.
