Job Overview

As a Consumer Education Specialist at Emirates NBD, your role is to manage and support all initiatives under Emirates NBD and Emirates Islamic. The role is pivotal to achieving the objective of driving positive community impact and behavioral shifts through customer engagement, marketing campaigns and on-ground activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management both internally and with external agencies
• Assist in partnership fulfillment with government entities, educational establishments, etc.
• Utilization of AI tools for the development of creative educational videos and animations
• Developing ongoing creatives through AI for Always On campaigns promoted through social media
• Aligning with internal teams to activate workshop requirements
• Support in content development to ensure ongoing engaging digital content and communication
• Support with organization of department along with budget and expense tracking
• Assist with website content for both Emirates NBD and Emirates Islamic
• Align website content with digital campaign and direct customer communication messaging

Skills and Experience

• Graduate degree
• Over 2 years experience in marketing
• Well versed with AI tools and their utilization in marketing materials
• Basic design and video editing capabilities
• Effective communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
