Marketing Specialist - HR Consulting / Recruitment Agency

Job description / Role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can hit the ground running with bold, fast-paced, and aggressive marketing strategies. This role requires someone with sharp marketing instincts, the ability to generate leads, and a drive to boost conversions in a short time frame.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute fast-paced, results-oriented digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and social media platforms to drive high-quality leads.
- Aggressively target B2B clients, particularly companies expanding into the UAE, to raise brand awareness of Guildhall’s executive search services.
- Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Implement aggressive SEO strategies and keyword optimization to improve website visibility and attract high-intent clients.
- Drive engagement on social media by creating and sharing relevant, compelling content daily.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance in real-time, making rapid adjustments to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Track metrics related to lead generation, conversion rates, and traffic to ensure that targets are met or exceeded.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the recruitment or B2B sector.
- Highly skilled in LinkedIn ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
- Able to execute aggressive marketing tactics with measurable results.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to adapt campaigns quickly based on performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in high-pressure, results-focused environments is a plus.

Salary:
AED 4,500 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
