Position Title: Marketing Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, including branding, in-store promotions, and digital campaigns in coordination with sales and e-commerce teams.
- Develop communication strategies and promotional initiatives that resonate with young mothers.
-Gather feedback through trials, reviews, and social channels to refine messaging; establish loyalty programs to boost repurchase rates.
- Assist sales in managing key accounts and distributors, while monitoring competitor activities to enhance brand positioning.

About the Client:
An emerging player in the personal care products for mother and child originating from Asia aiming a global reach with regional headquarters in Dubai.

Qualifications:
-Open to female, Arabic and English speakers, 40 years old and below
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field;
-Minimum of 3 years in the FMCG industry, preferably in baby care/hygiene products
-Must be willing to travel to KSA frequently

Salary:
AED 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
