DIVISION: Nestle Infant Nutrition - Baby Food
LOCATION: NME HO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
REPORTS TO: Group Product Manager

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm

Start Date: Immediately

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage social media agency to create compelling and relevant brand communication to reach the target audience, based on the Brand strategy;
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Medical and Trade Marketing (CCSD) teams in order to identify required sampling forecast;
- Ensure on-time depletion of samples by coordinating with the Medical team to provide the products samples to Health Care Professionals;
- Execute the Brand Talks with CCSD teams to provide the necessary trainings for the promoters;
- Coordinate the documents preparation and Product registration for CERELAC Puffs & Biscuit required for the launch in the market with the Regulatory team and Factories.
- Liaise with CCSD teams to develop the launch plan for CERELAC Puffs & Biscuit range, ensuring flawless execution (on-time goods delivery, on shelf placement, in-trade sampling, secondary visibility plan and promotion development);
- Organizing Quarterly training for the Medical Field Force about the Infant Cereals and Healthy Snacks categories.

Requirements

- Business Degree in Marketing or related field
- Strong Analytical Skills and confident user of excel
- Fluency in English, Arabic is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Well-organized team player and a quick learner
