What you will be doing

Our MDM Coordinator is responsible for integrating all item-related master data in the new ERP System(s) and that the data is timely and accurate in a manner that supports the business requirements for the group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow all relevant Master Data policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Implement activities under close supervision
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in timely a manner
- Check MDM requests against governance framework
- Analyze the input and integrity of the Item Master Data in the ERP System to ensure that the data is timely and accurate in a manner that supports business requirements
- Coordinate across the business on all the Item master related requirements
- Collect and populate all the Item data from verticals to upload in ORACLE system
- Validate the Item master template and ensure the right data is going in the system
- Develop consistent and reliable data exchange process with strategic business unit within Chalhoub group, and maintain the quality of the relationship to ensure the timely receipt of the information
- Validate the Item master data, and ensure the right data is going in the system
- Conduct analysis and make recommendation of all change requests to the MDM Item data models or processes
- Develop scorecards to track the accuracy of Global Master Data
- Identify improvement opportunities on the current Item MDM processes
- Maintain clear documentation on Data creation/maintenance processes as well as list of all assignees across business and direct contact with strategic suppliers SC

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed

- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in the same field or a similar field
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Transportation Management Technology Systems (Oracle TMS, JDA, SAP, etc.)
- Data entry management
- Records management and archiving
- Accuracy and attention to detail
