Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To perform Master Data activities for the assigned entities in line with the agreed control framework and to support process optimisation and best practice across IHS.
Customers/Partners in all Business Units across IHS, External and Internal Auditors, other functions within the Shared Service Center.
• Processing and recording all master data across Source-to-Pay, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report.
• Create/ maintain various forms of Master Data – including, but not limited to, supplier data, item data, procurement catalogue, asset/inventory groups, warehouses, chart of accounts, customer data, and exchange rate tables.
• Supporting the Month-end close processes by responding to and resolving master data queries/issues.
• Supporting key stakeholders across the multiple SSC functions and global entities with master data related queries.
• Ensuring compliance to internal controls framework and supporting internal and external audits.
• Support change, process standardization & continuous improvement mindset across IHS

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years post graduate experience (essential)
• Worked in Shared Service Center environment (desirable)

Required Flexibility
Mon- Fri work week
Work timings - 11.00am to 8.00pm
Some occasional travel may be required
