Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Master Technician to join our team, specializing in the mechanical and electrical repairs of construction equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all technical aspects of the equipment are understood and that repairs are conducted correctly the first time. You will play a vital role in both workshop and field environments, proactively diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and improving overall service efficiency.

What You Will Do:
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues on various types of construction equipment.
- Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions, ensuring that issues are resolved accurately and efficiently the first time.
- Proactively identify potential problems while attending to jobs in both workshop and field environments.
- Utilize tools and implement best practices as outlined in service manuals to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Read, understand, and follow instructions in service manuals, utilizing service checklists where applicable to ensure all repair tasks are completed thoroughly.

- Technical Education: Basic/Technical education or apprenticeship in mechanical or automobile engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications: Trade Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering. Any relevant certifications in construction equipment repair (e.g., OEM certifications) will be an advantage.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience working on construction equipment, with at least 3 years of experience on newer or more specialized equipment (e.g., electric construction equipment, advanced machinery).
- Technical Expertise: Proven ability to independently service, repair, and overhaul a wide variety of construction equipment components (hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and powertrain systems).
- Diagnostic Skills: Proficient in diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs using service manuals, diagnostic tools, and industry best practices.
- Driving License: A valid driving license is required; additional certifications for operating heavy equipment are a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
