Job description / Role
Mechanical Technician AED 18,000 per month plus excellent benefits
Our client, a leading company in the UAE, is looking for a Mechanical Technician to join their growing team in Dubai.
The main purpose of the role is to carry out out the complex fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of machines, including performing technical, specific corrective maintenance and to identify requirements for major repair, replacement and or workshop reconditioning work to be carried out in Dubai. As well as being responsible for updating preventive maintenance records.
In order to apply for this role, the successful candidate must have an NVQ or ONG in Mechanical Trade, with a minimum of 4 years' varied installation maintenance and repair experience within an industrial environment, ideally within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
In addition, you should ideally have a working knowledge of computer applications software, such as, Microsoft Office and computerised maintenance management systems.
