Job description / Role
Provide technical assistance to production teams, resolving any mechanical issues on the production lines
Perform scheduled maintenance of production lines
Ensure all mechanical systems adhere to health and safety standards, upgrade equipment when necessary
Ensure work space is within Company’s GMP and 5 S standards
Identify Hazards and report
Ensure proper compliance with codes
Requirements
Diploma or University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years functional experience in Food & Beverages machine maintenance
Functional Knowledge:
• Thorough knowledge of production management
• Knowledge of factory and production lines
• Understanding of quality control measures and standards
