* As a strategic thinker
* Oversee and support all paid media strategy and campaigns across channels, including paid social, paid search, video, display and all other forms of digital advertising.
* Build strong relationships with clients and key partners, nurturing long-standing strategic partnerships.
* Work closely with strategy, creative and account management teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns, connecting media with the rest of the business, and elevating the strategic role of media within a creative agency.

Requirements
* You must have hands-on experience in planning and executing multi-tiered, multi-channel media campaigns.
* Experience in building strategic proposals from scratch, with a demonstrable track record in achieving and exceeding KPI's.
* Experience in new business development and pitch presentations.
* Experience leading and managing a team with a passionate, motivating leadership approach
