Job description / Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Media Manager to join our dynamic media agency team. In this role, you will lead the planning, buying, execution, and optimization of media campaigns for high-profile clients in the automotive sector. You will be the key point of contact between the agency and client marketing teams, ensuring that all media initiatives are insight-driven, brand-compliant, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Campaign Management
• Act as the day-to-day media lead for assigned accounts, managing campaign planning, execution, and performance.
• Translate client briefs into actionable media strategies, aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all media plans meet brand compliance standards (e.g., tone, visual identity, placement context).
Media Strategy & Planning
• Develop and present multi-channel media strategies (TV, OOH, digital, social, programmatic, print, etc.).
• Leverage market research, audience insights, and competitive data to inform media recommendations.
Buying & Execution
• Oversee media buying processes, negotiating with media owners for optimal rates and placements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and media vendors to ensure timely, accurate campaign delivery.
Performance & Optimization
• Monitor campaign KPIs and make real-time adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to generate actionable insights and post-campaign reports.
Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration
• Work closely with creative, data, and account teams to ensure cohesive messaging across touch-points.
• Regularly update clients on campaign performance, budget pacing, and media trends.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in media, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in a media agency environment, with at least 2 years in a media planning/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of digital and traditional media platforms and metrics.
• Experience managing automotive accounts is a plus
• Proficiency with media tools such as Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent client relationship and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a creative approach to solving client challenges.
• Deep understanding of media trends, especially in the automotive or retail space.
• Commitment to brand compliance and quality assurance.
