Job description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Sales Initiatives: Develop and implement sales strategies to target and attract brands interested in entering the Indian market.
• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in media agencies, TV networks, OTT platforms, and other relevant sectors.
• Ad Sales Management: Oversee the sales process for media ad placements, including TV spots, OTT advertising, and digital media.
• Influencer Marketing: Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns tailored to the Indian audience, leveraging local and global influencers.
• Sponsorship Opportunities: Identify and pursue jersey sponsorship opportunities and other relevant sponsorships to maximize brand visibility.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in both Dubai and India.
• Negotiations and Contracts: Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with industry standards.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the execution and performance of media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering measurable results.
• Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to senior management.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in media sales, with a proven track record in TV, OTT platforms, and influencer marketing. Experience in Dubai's media landscape and familiarity with the Indian market is highly desirable.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of media sales, ad sales, OTT sales, jersey sponsorships, and influencer marketing strategies.
• Client Relations: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in market analysis and performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is an advantage.
Salary:
AED
15,000 to 22,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
