Job Title: Medical Coder

Location: United Arab Emirates

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Coder to support healthcare billing and insurance processes. The role involves accurate medical coding and coordination with insurance approvals in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Candidates with prior UAE medical coding experience, or
- Freshers from India with hands-on experience in UAE insurance approvals
- DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Assign accurate medical codes (ICD, CPT, etc.) based on clinical documentation
- Handle insurance approvals and coordinate with insurance providers
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare and insurance guidelines
- Review medical records for accuracy and completeness
- Support billing and reimbursement processes
- Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy at all times

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of medical coding standards and insurance approval workflows
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare insurance systems
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Prior experience in UAE healthcare settings

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and disciplined medical coding professional with a clear understanding of medical terminology, coding standards, and healthcare documentation. The candidate should be capable of accurately assigning ICD and CPT codes, reviewing clinical records for completeness, and supporting insurance approval and reimbursement processes. Experience in UAE healthcare systems or prior exposure to UAE insurance approvals is essential. Freshers from India with practical approval-handling experience are also encouraged to apply. The candidate must possess a DHA License or Eligibility Letter, demonstrate strong analytical skills, maintain confidentiality, and work efficiently under deadlines while ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.

Salary:
AED 3000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
