Job description / Role
Our client, a world's leading Healthcare diagnostics company, is currently seeking for qualified individual for the position of Molecular Supervisor based in Abu Dhabi.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work involves planning and supervising the daily operation of the department to ensure that schedules are maintained and deadlines are met.
• Involves compiling data and insuring the smooth flow of work to most effectively utilize the facility.
• You will also involve in counseling employees with regard to problem encountered and employee orientation as to individual responsibilities and the function of the facility.
• You will perform with considerable independence under the general direction of the technical director.
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:
• Qualifications: BSc in Medical Technology / Laboratory Technology or Biomedical Science
• Licensure: DHA practice license for Dubai, HAAD license for Abu Dhabi
• Language: Fluency in English, a second language is an advantage
Advantage: Experience in an accredited laboratory, working under the supervision of a pathologist certified by the American Board of Pathology.
