Medical Manager MENA - Oncology

Kinetic is working with a multinational Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Medical Manager MENA - Oncology to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Act as the company's representative to various groups of experts.
- Address clinical inquiries related to the company's product, either developmental or marketed products.
- Present scientific and clinical data related to the company's products.
- Establish strong relationships with KOL, clinical investigators, and healthcare providers.
- Assists with site selection with clinical trials.
- Manage projects to completion, anticipate and proactively address issues and difficulties that may arise in the field, and provide solutions.
- Develop and conduct medical education and communication activities.
- Serve as an internal scientific expert in the relevant therapy area, staying informed about the healthcare landscape, and staying updated on both the company's products and competitor medicines.

- Advanced scientific or clinical degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Manager within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Must have 4 years of Oncology/Solid Tumor experience. Breast Cancer is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
