About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Medical Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and medical centers across the GCC. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, sourcing top healthcare professionals globally, and ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding client requirements to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and medical groups.
• Source, attract, and engage healthcare professionals from local and international markets.
• Conduct detailed interviews and candidate assessments to ensure suitability and compliance with client needs.
• Coordinate documentation, licensing, and dataflow requirements for medical professionals.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and track recruitment activity using our ATS.
• Collaborate with the internal team to deliver recruitment projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare or medical staffing.
• Knowledgeable in the PQR of different health authorities in the GCC region (ie DOH, DHA, KSA, Qatar, etc)
• Strong knowledge of healthcare roles (nursing, allied health, physicians, etc.)
• Knowledgeable of the dataflow and licensing process
• Has a good database of western/arabic medical professionals across the globe
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and clients simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
