Job description / Role
• Medical sales representative covering Abu Dhabi / Al Ain if and when needed at Dubai / Northern Emirates, responsible for selling medical surgical, Medical Equipment and services to healthcare professionals • Set appointments with Nurses, Doctors and administrators and builds relationships with them.
• Submitting daily and weekly reports to the concerned manager /supervisor.
• Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory.
• Educate medical staff on the benefits of medical devices.
• Provide product demonstrations and support. Scrub-ins to OT for guidance and assistance in product usage
• Place replenishment orders at existing accounts after proper stock analysis
• Maximize profits by up selling and cross selling additional products.
• Collect, analyze, and present field sales data with strategy planning and implementation.
• Monitoring the expiry date of the existing items and liquidity the neat expiry items to avoid expiration.
• Keep a close eye on competitor activities with respect to existing and new products and report to the management.
Requirements
• Bio Medical Candidate would be advantage
• Smart & Great Presenting Skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Experience is a must
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
