Our client is a global multinational looking to recruit a Medical Science Liaison for their team in UAE support their medical affairs function across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Description
This role is hands-on, requiring direct scientific engagement with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and internal teams. The ideal candidate must be passionate about scientific exchange, well-versed in medical guidelines and protocols, and experienced in both pharmaceutical and aesthetics sectors.
• Act as a scientific expert, engaging with KOLs, physicians, and healthcare professionals to discuss the latest research and medical advancements.
• Provide scientific and clinical support to internal teams, including sales, marketing, and regulatory functions.
• Develop and execute medical engagement strategies across 6-8 MENA countries.
• Conduct medical training sessions and ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance guidelines.
• Support the generation and dissemination of scientific data, including advisory board meetings, congresses, and symposiums.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and clinical developments in aesthetics and pharmaceuticals.
• Ensure compliance with medical and ethical guidelines while providing insights to shape business strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and report to the Medical Manager.

Requirements:
The successful candidate for this role will:
• Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent in life sciences).
• Experience as an MSL (at a senior level) within pharma or aesthetics (aesthetics experience is a plus) in the UAE is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of medical guidelines, regulatory protocols, and scientific data interpretation.
• Proven experience managing multiple MENA countries.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into impactful discussions with KOLs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
