Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide continuous coaching and training to the medical reps on the field through the daily double field visits
• Demonstrate full adoption of the brand DNA and pass it on to the medical representative
• Constantly monitor the quality of calls and demonstrate to the team perfect examples of the perfect call
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs
• Build and drive trustworthy partnership relationships with all the doctors
• Ensure full coverage of the market and increase of prescriptions
• Building up a concrete data-base of doctors in the UAE
• Ensure the highest level of medical/product knowledge of the team
• Plan and actively participate in Round Table Meetings
• Analyzes key performance indicators of the market and recommends action plans to reach optimal results
• Monitor competitors and market activities to identify business gaps and opportunities
• Identify opportunities to expand the business and presence of the brand in the market
• Obtain targeted results through the team by leading by example, developing them through field motivation, coaching, skills improvement and product knowledge development

• Scientific background

• Customer centric approach
• Experience in Dermatology is a plus
• Experience in supervising medical reps is a plus
