We are hiring for a Membership Sales Consultant to be part of our team here in Dubai.

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and building long-term relationships with clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for presenting offerings, closing sales, and maintaining a strong client base.

What we need from you:

- Proven sales experience with a minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, ideally in the fitness industry, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage and influence clients confidently.
- Ability to effectively present products, negotiate, and close sales through following a company sales process.
- Target-driven and comfortable working towards and consistently achieving ambitious set goals and KPIs, while able manage high-pressure situations.
- Self-motivated and highly motivated with a strong work ethic, a passion for achieving results, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Confident and outgoing Personality, while also dynamic and confident, and enjoys client interactions and builds rapport easily.
Exceptional customer service skills.
- Team-oriented, comfortable being part of a close-knit, results-driven team.
- Self-sufficient with minimal supervision need and to always working within company policies and procedures.
- Strong integrity, and a responsible, professional approach to all interactions.
