Membership Development Officer

Irwin & Dow are currently working in partnership with a leading engineering institution in order to recruit for a Membership Development Officer. Head quartered in the UK, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a multinational business who are rapidly growing within the Middle East.

This is a position that will play a vital part in ensuring that internal and external clients are managed through the desired process. You will act as an ambassador of the brand and become extremely knowledgeable with every aspect of the product. Building relationships with suppliers and external customers is paramount for this role and it is essential that you have a proven track record in doing so.

Due to this role being very client facing, it requires a strong and confident personality, that can manage clients through the entire process to obtain their membership. The position requires a candidate who ideally comes from client liaison background with a focus on training, learning and development. The background will preferably be within an educational institution or training.

Requirements

If you have similar experience, then please apply online. To be successful, it is essential that you are currently in the UAE, have a driver’s license with access to your own car, be Western educated and Arabic speaking is desirable. You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role and be degree educated. Knowledge of the local civil engineering sector is also essential for this role.
