Membership Manager

Job description / Role

We are currently recruiting for a Membership Manager for an internationally known hospitality organisation based in Dubai with a strong foothold within the UAE. They have had significant growth within the last year and, along with their strategic expansion plan, are looking for someone to manage and retain existing high net worth client members to ensure their needs are met.

We are looking for Membership Managers that are looking to work for a high end hospitality organisation, that will have a carved-out development plan so you can grow with the business.

They're offering higher than market rate salary, offering between 12,000 - 15,000 AED + Commission, as well as a long term regional development path.

As the title suggests you will be responsible for maintaining and developing opportunities through relationship management with existing clients.

You must have membership experience with a deep understanding of the sector and an ability to engage and influence at Director Level, which is paramount.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The ideal candidate would have worked for high end hospitality organisations having dealt with high net worth clients who are some the most influential people in the industry.

As you will be maintaining the relationship with these clients, professionalism is paramount with great communication skills, to ensure their needs are met and they continue using the organisation.
