Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The job holder is responsible for attending promptly to members and prospects' calls, e-mails, online inquiries and SMS' and offering an effective, consistent, and professional service or assistance. The job holder is also in charge of making outbound calls according to provided scripts to support different operations in the company

Accountabilities

Core Responsibilities:
• Acts as the main point of contact of the Club with the members and the prospect customers
• Handles members’ registration and renewal process for new and existing members
• Conducts members’ calls for data verification to ensure no duplicate information is created in the members’ database
• Receives enquiries and requests related to the Club through telephone or email, and responds to enquiries/issues in a prompt manner
• Performs general inbound calls answering, helping the members and customers in their enquiries - about product mix, membership, registrations, after sales related, etc.
• Registers complaints and suggestions the members share and provides resolution if possible
• Conducts member satisfaction surveys according to a defined script and collects feedback to ensure the member’s voice is heard in the Club at all time
• Maintains quality contacts with the existing Club’s members with an objective to drive sales through referrals
• Informs or reminds members about planned events and registers their confirmation of attendance
• Prepares a daily report that includes the status of each pending enquiry and the status and assigned to person
• Updates prospects log by ensuring all details received through the interaction are captured and logged efficiently

Self-Management:
• Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year
• Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager and agreeing on the individual development plan which goes beyond just training and development
• Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications and Certificates
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

Experience
• A minimum of 1-3 years health club experience is a must
