Salary 25-27,000 AED + Benefits

One of the leading names in premium cars is seeking an experienced Aftersales Area Manager to deliver organisational objectives including the implementation of franchise standards and service processes to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. The position is based in Dubai, with extensive travel in MENA.

Responsibilities
• Implementation of dealer standards program and core process
• Monitoring performance against standards and identification of gaps closing actions – manage the closure of the action according to agreed timelines
• Monitoring performance against all dealer standards using audit tools and identification of gaps closing actions – manage the closure of the action according to agreed timelines
• To support technically the network of authorized repairers and provide trouble shooting upon request.
• Parts and Accessories targets assignation to authorized repairers
• Increase customer satisfaction levels for the responsible markets to benchmark target levels
• Drive the collection of accurate data to enable business performance analysis across a wide range of Aftersales key performance indicators and take resultant actions where necessary
• Understand the competitive benchmark position for each responsible market in terms of customer experience, pricing and retail environment
• Implement mystery shopping exercises both on pricing and customer experience
• Create a detailed business plan for each responsible market and work together to deliver against all agreed targets
• Manage the 5 year business planning process for each market to ensure plans meet the brands ambition of growth, customer experience and profitable revenue
• Ensure facilities and resources are future to meet the growing capacity

Requirements

• Background in Aftersales, ideally with experience in service and workshop related roles
• Minimum 6 years Automotive or related experience
• A comprehensive understanding of dealer management systems (DMS)
• Experience in implementation of automotive dealer standards
• Experience of developing a strategic business & delivery plan
• Highly motivated and able to work under their own initiative
• Possessing advanced communication and presentational skills
• Advanced management skills and negotiation skills
• Confident with exceptional networking, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Fluent spoken and written English (French & Arabic would be beneficial)
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Available to travel extensively throughout the MENA region
• Minimum of degree level education in related area
