People Mobility enables Accenture’s profitable growth strategy by providing end-to-end, customer-centric support for employees on international assignments.

The MENA People Mobility Lead is responsible for successful People Mobility delivery in the Middle East & North Africa, represents People Mobility with Leadership and business stakeholders across Accenture in the respective countries and drives value for Accenture.

Key Responsibilities may include:
- Analyze Customer Satisfaction results (Business & Assignee) and drive specific action plans to improve in key areas.
- Act as a proactive and regular partner and advisor to business leadership in MENA; provide relevant data and recommendations to drive better informed business decisions for profitable growth.
- Actively engage in talent supply chain strategy and discussion in the respective countries; provide relevant data and recommendations to drive better informed staffing decisions and use of People Mobility policy.
- Translate Accenture business strategy into People Mobility requirements and drive value for Accenture.
- Proactively recommend improvement of mobility services or change in policies and process to ensure high performance of mobility services across the countries.
- Proactively manage business stakeholder relationships and represent People Mobility requirements in regional forums.
- Working together with the Employee Tax & Immigration team, ensure compliance with applicable immigration laws to protect assignees and the Company.
- Manage end-to-end People Mobility delivery in the GU: Service Delivery on-shore and off-shore teams and Destinations Services teams.
- Serve as MENA escalation point for the business and People Mobility functions; remove barriers and support resolution. Raise issues to the Escalation Management team for resolution, tracking and process improvement.
- Ensure integration of PM Services with other corporate functions (HR, Workplace, etc.); leverage other People Mobility teams (ET&I, Policy & Employee Programs, PMBAs, AMs) as needed.
- Monitor and manage People Mobility KPI for the region
- Build and maintain a regular communication plan for employees/assignees, business and project managers
- Ensure PM/HR/DS integration works properly
- Manage the People Mobility budget and ensure the recovery of doing business
- Monitor and manage People Mobility KPIs
- Ensure PM suppliers are paid on time and PM is compliance with P104
- Be an internal trusted advisor for the business, PM team and HR
- Ensure PM tools works properly an escalate any issue
- Ensure a predictable service cost and lead times for the business
- Be aligned to “Zero Policy” exception strategic goal
- Review/create business cases when needed
- Maintain a good relationship with suppliers to guarantee a proper service
- Lead cross-functional team, facilitate team work, and serve as a role model for one team mentality.
- Responsible for career and performance management and development of team members.
- Facilitate team development, growth and engagement.
- Develop and maintain succession plan for the team.
- Demonstrate strength in support and defense of team members where necessary.

Requirements

- Higher education qualification
- Qualification in a related field (Operations, HR, Finance, GS) an advantage
- 5- 10 years with Accenture or a large multinational company in Operations/PMO/Mobility area.
- Experience in managing a team required
