MEP - Commercial Manager - Dubai

A leading and globally recognized consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced MEP Commercial Manager with vast experience working on prestigious hospitality projects. The position is based in Dubai, UAE and will be managing large multi-billion dollar projects.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the commercial delivery of prestigious projects
• Financial management of projects, putting together bids for new work and negotiating and agreeing contracts
• Responsible for the preparation and implementation of Commercial Strategies, including communication to the Senior Management Team and negotiations with the contractor when required

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying
• Must have a minimum of 15 years’ experience
• MRICS/MCIOB/other further educational qualification preferred
• Experience in working on large prestigious hospitality projects
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an MEP Commercial Manager
• GCC experience preferred
• Ability to lead development of financial business cases with a strong business acumen
• Enthusiastic and committed attitude toward work and task completion
